Insights, baby! Maximize your post's exposure by using the FREE info in your social media insights.
For Instagram, Go to your profile > Tap on the Hamburger (those three lines up top) > Tap on Insights > Tap on Audience > Scroll to the bottom and tap on Days. The darkest blue columns are your best bet.
For Facebook, Go to your business profile > Tap on Insights > Tap on Posts. On the top, you'll see the stat: When your Fans are Online
🎁 Bonus Tip: The sweet spot for posting on stories is 1-3 stories per day, not to exceed 11. You don't want to dilute your content.
