5 ways to pivot your content during the pandemic

Raise your hand if the coronavirus pandemic has you wondering how you'll pivot your content. ⁣🙋

The first piece of advice I can offer you is: stay calm and content on. ⁣

Continue to consistently deliver high-quality content and connection. ⁣

BUT don't forget to add in some pivots: Mix in valuable and reassuring posts sensitive to the current climate.⁣

Scratching your head on what to post? ⁣

1️⃣ Stay in touch with your customers. If you're open, make sure your audience knows you are and when.⁣

2️⃣ Reassurance & Positivity: Consider a behind-the-scenes video or boomerang featuring how you're keeping society safe that's more than just a blanket statement (your sanitation station, feature your new curbside or drive-thru service). ⁣

3️⃣ Virtual Reality: Convert your services or events into virtual ones that people can enjoy from the comfort of their homes. Not set up for online payments? Venmo & PayPal are quick and easy options.⁣

4️⃣ The Almighty How-To: How to stay sane and productive while your kids are home, How to keep up with your health + wellness while working from home, How to complete your to-do list from your new home office.⁣

5️⃣ FAQ: Provide answers to your most frequently asked questions or host a Q&A.⁣

If you're a #WESCC member, I'm offering my advice and brainstorming for free this week as we all navigate this crisis together. Head on to our Facebook Group and comment on our "Social Media Content Brainstorming" post. ⁣

Stay strong, y'all. We will all get through this together. ⁣
