4 ways to clean your virtual desktop

This year has had all of us overloaded, overwhelmed, and I'm sure our desktops all reflect it. Ammright?
I know mine looks INSANE right now. Looking at it gives me anxiety. So, my goal is to get this baby cleaned off today - even if I only carve 30 minutes out of my work day to do it.
